Team building games
Team ‘bonding’ and the development of a close-knit team is something that every company should invest in.
Our team building games tear down the walls in communication difficulties, provide avenues that encourage discussion, and use encouragement to help develop a cohesive group. We encourage team members to try to motivate one another, so everyone will try harder to accomplish the team objectives.
Here are some examples of our games which aim to build your staff members into a unified group.
| The Cavern Crossing A classic team building game that requires thought, communication skills, leadership and coordination. The aim of the game is to cross a space using only a given numbers of items. |
Frogger A fun game based on the classic computer game requiring the participation of the whole group. The game is designed to test communication skills and trust. Participants work in pairs, with one person blindfolded. The aim of the game is to cross a course without colliding with colleagues. |
| Track Race A fun race between teams, which involves coordination, communication and timing. Teams navigate around a course, trying to beat their opponents. |
Multiple Tug of War A physical game that involves strength, coordination, communication and tactics. The group is split into 4 teams of equal strength. The aim of the game is to pull a ring across the line. This is no ordinary tug of war, tactics usually win the day. |
| All Aboard Another classic team building game that requires working together in close physical proximity in order to solve a practical, physical problem. The aim of the game is to get the entire group within an ever reducing space. A game where the whole group must work together. |
Helium Stick A deceptively simple but powerful exercise for learning how to work together and communicate. The aim of the game is to lower the stick to the ground. This is a game where the whole group works together. |
