The first known human inhabitants arrived in Malta around 5200 BC.
These Neolithic people came from Sicily and formed farming and fishing communities. During the next centuries Malta came into contact with many other cultures who have all left their mark on the island and the local people.
Our experience tours will show you a glimpse of the history and culture that has survived through the centuries.

A Taste of Gozo This is an island tour with a difference. Groups are provided with a Jeep and maps of locations to get to. The day starts with an island tour stopping at four places in Gozo rarely seen by tourists. These include Neolithic caves, hidden orchards and locations of natural beauty. At each location there is also the opportunity to experience traditional foods. These can be customized to suit your preferences. The final location is a local vineyard, where wine tasting and appetizers are provided and a tour of the Estate is given. Participants will then learn to cook local dishes which they will enjoy during a sit down meal.
